Aaron Phypers Files for Divorce from Denise Richards

Aaron Phypers has officially filed for divorce from actress Denise Richards, marking the end of their six-year marriage. According to court documents submitted on Monday, July 7, Phypers listed their date of separation as July 4 and cited irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split.

Richards, known for her role in Wild Things, married Phypers in September 2018, just one month after his divorce from Desperate Housewives star Nicollette Sheridan was finalized. The couple does not share any children.

Richards has three daughters from previous relationships: Sami, 20, and Lola, 19, with ex-husband Charlie Sheen, and her youngest daughter, Eloise, 13, whom she adopted in 2011 following her divorce from Sheen.

In the divorce filing, Phypers is seeking spousal support from Richards. He claims he has had no income over the past 12 months following the closure of his business. By contrast, he alleges that Richards earns over $250,000 per month from her OnlyFans presence, reality television ventures, and brand endorsements.

Phypers also provided a breakdown of their estimated monthly expenses, which total around $105,000. This includes $20,000 on clothing, $18,000 for rent, $10,000 on groceries, $8,000 on utilities, $15,000 on dining out, and another $15,000 on entertainment.

The couple’s relationship was prominently featured in Richards’ Peacock reality show, Denise Richards & Her Wild Things. In the premiere episode, Richards commented on the subject of divorce, saying in a confessional, “I’m never getting divorced again. Even if we hate each other, I’m not gonna f***ing get divorced.”

To that, Phypers replied, “No, we’ll just have different homes or something. But we’re not gonna hate each other.”

Richards has yet to make a public statement regarding the divorce filing.
