Jay-Z bought a $1.7 million mansion for his daughter in Maryland

Friends of La’Teasha “Tee” Macer have confirmed rumors that her father, rap icon Jay-Z, bought her a million-dollar lakefront home in Maryland.

Before receiving the keys, Tee reportedly signed a non-disclosure agreement. She hasn’t spoken publicly about their relationship since. The last time she addressed it was back in 2020, in a video where she first claimed Jay-Z was her father.

According to Tee, it wasn’t Jay-Z who first told her the truth—it was his close friends. They said she looked just like him, like a mirror image of the man behind The Blueprint.

Tee’s mother, Lisa Macer, lives with multiple sclerosis. The two now share the spacious home, shown in the video below.

Tee said she never cared about the fame or money. She reached out to Jay-Z’s legal team because she needed answers—answers she’d been denied since she was a child.

Meanwhile, another alleged son of Jay-Z hasn’t had the same experience. Rymir Satterthwaite, a 32-year-old from Philadelphia, has been battling in court for years.

After having lawsuits thrown out in both New York and New Jersey, Rymir filed a new paternity suit in California on May 6, 2025.

Jay-Z responded by asking a federal judge to dismiss the case and accused Rymir of harassment. Rymir, who’s representing himself, addressed the legal fight in a recent podcast interview.
