Now, let’s focus on this breathtaking purple moment from the couple that has us smiling from ear to ear. Priscilla is dressed in a stunning long-sleeved blouse and matching skirt crafted from asooke. But it’s the skirt that truly steals the show. It features a dramatic, layered hem that alternates between rich purple and deep fuchsia fabrics, both adorned with stones and sequins. This creates a full, ruffled effect that moves gracefully like petals. To complete the look, Priscilla wears a purple asooke headwrap and ipele in the same material.
Juma Jux exudes regal elegance in an agbada made from the same asooke fabric. This choice is perfect for a groom marrying a Yoruba bride. The front of the agbada is intricately detailed with embellishments in orange and touches of gold. He pairs it with a royal blue cap adorned with orange accents, long dark beads around his neck, and a purple staff topped with a carved map of Africa.
