Governor Nasir El-Rufai of Kaduna state and his deputy, Bala Bantex,
led residents of the state in a rally today to welcome back President
Buhari from the UK where he had gone to receive medical attention for an
undisclosed ailment. The crowd gathered in front of the government
house and were led in a procession by the state governor to Murtala
square
