A private jet registered to Sean Combs’ company is on standby as eight men and four women commenced deliberations in his sex trafficking trial in Manhattan on Monday.
The deliberations commenced around 11:30 a.m. Jurors must unanimously reach a verdict to avoid a hung jury. The jury will decide whether Combs is guilty of sex trafficking, racketeering conspiracy, kidnapping, and transporting individuals for prostitution.
As Combs left the courtroom during deliberations, he smiled at his children.
During the deliberations on Monday, Combs’ children, Christian and Justin Combs, and Kim Porter’s son Quincy Brown were seen leaving the courthouse.

According to court watchers, federal prosecutors failed to prove their case against Combs. During the 7-week trial, the jury heard from consenting adults who participated in sexual encounters with Combs, a 55-year-old, and his ex-girlfriend, Cassie Ventura, a 38-year-old.
Cassie herself admitted to booking male escorts and paying them in cash. Court watchers believe the prosecution’s case only established Combs’ behavior as unusual and disrespectful towards women.
During the trial, two black jurors were removed for showing signs of favoritism towards Combs.
If Combs is acquitted, he will experience freedom for the first time since his indictment in September 2024.
