Four Arrested After Trump–Epstein Images Projected Onto Windsor Castle
Four people were arrested on Tuesday, September 16, after protesters projected images of U.S. President Donald Trump and convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein onto Windsor Castle, ahead of Trump’s state visit with King Charles.
Trump, who landed in Britain late Tuesday for his second state visit, was welcomed by the King on Wednesday, September 17, for a day of ceremonial events at Windsor.
Earlier, demonstrators had unfurled a large banner showing Trump alongside Epstein near the castle, before projecting similar images onto one of its towers. The projection also included an alleged birthday letter from Trump to Epstein, news reports, and images of Epstein’s victims.
In a statement, police confirmed that four adults were arrested on suspicion of malicious communications following what they called an “unauthorised projection” and “public stunt.” The individuals remain in custody.
The incident comes days after Democrats in the U.S. House released what they claim is a decades-old letter Trump wrote to Epstein a document the White House has dismissed as inauthentic.
