Kanye West Returns to X (Twitter), Deletes Antisemitic Tweets
Ye West, formerly Kanye West, returned to X (Twitter) days after he was banned for going on a pro-Nazi rant.
Ye’s profile was deactivated after he sparked outrage with offensive tweets against Jewish people. However, on Thursday, his profile suddenly reactivated with a “sensitive content” warning.
The message reads: “Caution: This profile may include potentially sensitive content. You’re seeing this warning because they post potentially sensitive images or language. Do you still want to view it?”
Sources say Ye was allowed back on X as long as he deleted his offensive tweets.
Shopify banned Ye’s website, Yeezy.com, from selling t-shirts with swastikas on the front.
On Tuesday, his store was unreachable on Shopify.com. Messages on the site read: “Something went wrong” and “This store is unavailable.”
Hillary Duff’s husband, singer/songwriter Matthew Koma, responded to Ye’s antisemitism by selling “F*** Ye” t-shirts on his Instagram page. Proceeds from the sale will go to a charity to support Holocaust survivors.
