Kobe Bryant’s widow Vanessa addresses pregnancy rumors… five years on from NBA legend’s tragic death

Vanessa Bryant, five years after the tragic death of her husband Kobe, has seemingly refuted the rumors that she is pregnant.

The Lakers icon and their daughter, Gianna (Gigi), tragically lost their lives along with seven others in a helicopter crash in January 2020.

Over a half-decade after the devastating accident, unfounded claims circulated that Vanessa, who is 43, was pregnant with a fifth child. In addition to Gigi, who was 13 at the time of her passing, the couple shares daughters Natalia, 22, Bianka, 8, and Capri, 5.

In response to the pregnancy rumors, Vanessa posted several Instagram stories, including one of Rihanna holding a drink in one hand and her middle finger up in the other while in a pool.

The picture, which Vanessa re-posted from another account, was captioned, “Me protecting my peace, not pregnant, and having fun all summer.”

Vanessa posted this to her Instagram story, seemingly dispelling rumors about her pregnancy.

The Instagram story was set to Tupac Shakur’s hit song “All Eyez on Me.”

Vanessa also shared a second picture of Rihanna, captioning it, “I’m not mean, I’m the one.” Before sharing this post, she posted about how to “impress” Rihanna.

The post read, “The only way to impress me is by being a good person.” This post was also re-shared from another account.
