Liverpool midfielder, Alexis Mac Allister’s ex-girlfriend ‘seeks £4.5MILLION in compensation’ for dumping her for another woman

Liverpool midfielder Alexis Mac Allister’s ex-girlfriend, Camila Mayan, is seeking a substantial compensation sum of $6 million (£4.5 million) from him in a lawsuit filed following their split in 2022, as reported.

The Argentine midfielder abruptly ended their five-year relationship with Mayan just days after winning the World Cup in 2022.

In March, Mac Allister announced his intention to become a father with his new girlfriend, Ailen Cova, who had recently become his new love interest after their relationship with Mayan ended.

Mac Allister, a footballer, is facing legal trouble from his new girlfriend, Mayan. Mayan claims that Mac Allister cheated on her and subsequently dumped her so that he could pursue a relationship with another woman, Cova. As a result, Mayan is suing Mac Allister and seeking compensation for the years they spent living abroad as a couple.

It has been reported that Mayan was reportedly kicked out of England after Mac Allister began his relationship with Cova. Mayan is demanding a substantial amount of compensation, specifically $250,000 (£185,000) for every month they lived together abroad. This amounts to a total of $6 million (£4.5 million) across two years.

The court has now ruled that the case will be heard in England, which is seen as a significant setback for Mayan’s legal efforts against Mac Allister.

In an interview with A la Tarde via Paparazzi, Mayan expressed her current situation and stated that she is taking things one step at a time. She mentioned that there are other options available to her before she decides to move on, and she is open to exploring them.

Mac, who is still in a relationship with an ex-girlfriend, expressed frustration with the court ruling. Mayan acknowledged that the legal process can be lengthy and that it’s understandable that things may take time. However, Mayan emphasized that they don’t have any contacts in the courts and are not familiar with the proceedings.

Mac Allister first addressed the lawsuit in November 2024, emphasizing the importance of patience and waiting for the court’s verdict.

While leaving a restaurant, the midfielder expressed his decision to end the relationship, stating, “There was no more relationship. She took her path, and I took mine. That’s it.”

Regarding the lawsuit, Allister clarified that everything was in the court system, where it belonged, and they were patiently awaiting the outcome.

When questioned about the allegations Mayan had made, including unfaithfulness and keeping her belongings, Allister responded calmly, stating, “I believe it’s normal in a relationship. She made the decision to come out and share her feelings or beliefs, but I know the truth, and that’s why I’m composed.”

In her interview, Mayan addressed Allister’s comments and clarified that she hadn’t made any statements during his relationship with someone else. She mentioned that the allegations had surfaced elsewhere.

Mayan also acknowledged that she had learned a lot from television and that someone close to Allister had mentioned getting married, which she hadn’t said herself.

Despite the difficult situation, Mayan expressed her willingness to endure the allegations but emphasized that she wasn’t the one who initiated the press coverage. She stated that the media wanted to portray her as a media figure for their own benefit.
