Actor Tyrese Gibson is wanted by police in Atlanta after his Cane Corso dogs were linked to the death of a neighbor’s pet, authorities said.
According to Fulton County officials, one of Gibson’s four Cane Corsos fatally mauled a five-year-old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel named Henry, owned by his neighbor Harrison Parker.
Police said Gibson frequently allowed his dogs to roam freely, despite at least five complaints filed in the days leading up to the attack. Security footage reportedly captured the animals scratching at a neighbor’s door just minutes before Henry was discovered dead with puncture wounds.
Animal Services said Gibson initially agreed to surrender the dogs but later refused, prompting police to issue a warrant for his arrest and search his property, CBS reported.
When officers arrived, Gibson was not home — and the dogs had already been removed from the residence.
