The EPL never goes to sleep and the first day of the new year had
some mouth watering action that kept football lovers glued to their tv
screens. Liverpool and Manchester United recorded much needed wins to
cement their positions in the top four while clubs like Man City and
Chelsea have a game in hand.
Man City still tops the EPL table with Man United and Chelsea lagging behind.
